You may be here because something in your life isn’t working as you’d like, or because you’re feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or stuck. You don’t need to have clear answers, just a sense that you’d like things to feel different.
My therapy offers a place to pause and gently explore what’s going on.

A calm, grounded space to be met
I offer Counselling, Trauma Therapy and Nurturing Touch Therapy for adults in a calm and supportive setting where you can come as you are. There’s no need to know what to say or where to start.
My work is gentle, steady, and collaborative. I pay attention to both what is shared and what’s happening in the body, supporting regulation and a sense of safety alongside conversation.

How I work
I work at a pace that feels manageable and respectful. There is no pressure to go further than feels right. Together, we explore what matters to you, supporting greater steadiness and understanding over time.
My approach is informed by integrative and psychodynamic counselling, trauma-informed practice, and somatic work, including skills from ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing®.
